Be the friendly face of Premier Inn, welcoming guests, helping them check in, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every stay is a great one. No two shifts are the same. You could be assisting families arriving for a holiday, serving breakfast, recommending local attractions, or helping guests with any questions during their stay.

What you'll do:
- Welcome and check in guests
- Serve breakfast, evening meals and bar drinks
- Answer guest queries and resolve issues
- Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking great
- Support colleagues across the hotel as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service from arrival to departure
