CSC's Global Capital Markets team seeks a Transaction Analyst to manage a portfolio of Jersey companies and SPVs involved in financing and structured finance transactions. You will oversee day-to-day administration, transaction implementation, governance, board meetings and statutory filings.
Working with clients, advisers and internal teams, you will own deadlines, deliverables and service standards while developing expertise in transaction management and Jersey's regulated financial services.
