Want a career in dogs, not just a job? The Barkley Club is a fully licensed dog daycare operating across multiple locations in Jersey, known for high standards, structure and dog welfare.
We’re looking for a full-time Pack Leader to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on, outdoor role working with groups of dogs, supporting enrichment, and daily care. You’ll also be responsible for driving our van and safely transporting dogs.
A full driving licence and confidence driving a van are essential. Dog experience is preferred but not essential – full training is provided. You must be motivated, reliable, physically fit and comfortable with hard work, rain, mud and poo.
We offer a full‑time permanent role, progressive salary with regular reviews, a benefits package, company transport, and real career progression.
