Our Crown Dependencies Finance Team is looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to join us for a 12-month fixed-term role in our Jersey office. You’ll support accounts payable, credit control and a range of daily finance administration tasks, helping ensure smooth and accurate financial operations across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing invoices
- Supporting the finance mailbox
- Sending supplier remittances
- Assisting with credit control tasks
- Managing credit card statements
- Maintaining supplier records and banking details
- Helping reconcile supplier information
Experience in an accounts function is an advantage, along with excel skills and a curious, proactive mindset.
