Jersey Evening Post is seeking a Senior Administrator for Executive Compensation Services in Jersey. The role combines on-site and hybrid work with permanent status, offering 35 hours weekly Mon–Fri and responsibility for managing daily administration, supporting incentive structures, and maintaining accurate client records.

You will have opportunities to grow into technical specialist, assistant manager, or onboarding roles while developing client relationships and ensuring compliance.
