Responsibilities:
- Provide full confidential and efficient administrative support e.g. maintaining an efficient diary system, providing relevant papers for meetings, and ensuring regular monitoring of diary items are followed through.
- Assist in preparing for meetings, agendas, minutes and timely action resolution and be responsible for booking all business travel, accommodation requirements and expenses ensuring the most efficient and time/cost saving methods are used.
- Coordinate activities, resources, meetings, services and supplies whilst assisting with the execution and planning of business initiatives and activities in support of the strategy which may include financial, technological and wider resource planning.
- Support with document management, drafting presentations and reports, meeting papers, agenda items, assisting with key documents.
