A family office based in St Helier is seeking an Assistant Estate Manager for immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Tenant administration
  • KYC procedures
  • Rent collection
  • Arranging property viewings
  • Coordinating maintenance

Knowledge of Jersey residential tenancy law is desirable but training will be provided. Good administration skills and competence in Microsoft Office are essential. This is a full-time position comprising 40 hours per week.
