The Engagement and Communications Senior Manager within the People and Culture team is instrumental in the development and execution of employee engagement, internal communications, and cultural initiatives. This senior-level position requires a strategic mindset and hands-on operational leadership to translate engagement strategies into impactful experiences and insights across the employee lifecycle.
Key duties include:
- Managing the engagement survey process.

- Chair the quarterly Global Sports and Social committee, guiding annual planning, budgeting, and promoting best practices.
- Deliver campaigns that reinforce cultural priorities and support initiatives within the organisation.
- Leverage digital and AI-based tools to enhance communication effectiveness and improve employee engagement.
- Curate and maintain the People and Culture intranet pages, ensuring content is accessible and aligned with employee needs.
- Support communication activities linked to organisational change, integration, and transformation initiatives.
- Develop practical communication toolkits for managers to facilitate effective self-service communications.
- Track and report on employee engagement metrics, producing actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a multi-jurisdictional or global organisation.
- Demonstrated background in culture, engagement, and ways-of-working initiatives.
- Experience in developing and executing engagement programmes, campaigns, and events.
- Skills in creating and managing content across various communication channels.
- Strong ability to build partnerships with People teams, leaders, and communications stakeholders.
- Background in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or marketing.
