A leading international finance company is seeking an experienced Engagement & Communications Professional to shape employee engagement, internal communications and culture initiatives across a diverse, multi-jurisdictional workforce.

Working closely with senior People leaders, you will lead employee listening programmes, engagement surveys, culture campaigns and communications that enhance the employee experience across the full lifecycle. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives, support organisational change, manage intranet content and provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications or HR, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate strategy into high-quality execution. Experience within a global organisation, coupled with digital and AI fluency, will be highly advantageous.
