Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual to help maintain and improve our website, manage social media and provide excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Update website content and promotions
- Prepare newsletters via Mailchimp
- Create banners, promotional materials, and product photography
- Process online orders and support customers by email, chat, and phone
- Assist in-store / back office preparing / packing orders and manage stock
