Join one of the Channel Islands’ finest kitchens as a Demi Chef de Partie at The Atlantic Hotel, home to the 4 Rosette Ocean Restaurant led by Executive Chef Will Holland. This is a unique opportunity to refine your craft in a highly respected, produce‑led kitchen with a strong focus on precision, creativity and seasonality.

We are offering a fixed‑term contract until 30 November 2026, with a genuine pathway to return for a permanent position in 2027. For candidates with the right level of experience, we would also consider appointing at Chef de Partie level.

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK or Jersey (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role) and have their own accommodation. You will work alongside a passionate and talented brigade, gaining exposure to exceptional ingredients and consistently high standards.
