We're currently supporting our client with the recruitment of 7 Customer Experience Advisors to join their busy, high-performing team to help cover a peak period on a temp / contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries across email, live chat, and social channels.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
  • Ensure all interactions are accurately recorded.
  • Provide 24/7 shift cover, working flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends.
