We are working with our client, a prominent organisation within the banking sector in St Peter Port, Guernsey, to appoint a Corporate Product Associate. This is a permanent opportunity to play a key role in supporting and enhancing corporate banking products, contributing directly to the ongoing success and growth of our client’s team and their corporate customer offering.

Key Skills

  • Banking: Ability to understand and work within banking processes, corporate product structures and regulatory considerations, ensuring day-to-day activities support robust and compliant operations.
  • Finance: Strong grasp of financial concepts and data, enabling effective analysis, reporting and support for the development and management of corporate banking products.

What you’ll do

  • Support the delivery and ongoing management of corporate banking products for our client’s team.
  • Assist with financial analysis and reporting related to product performance and client usage.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure product processes align with banking standards.
  • Contribute to product-related documentation and operational procedures.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the corporate product offering.

What you’ll need

  • Exposure to, or experience in, the banking environment.
  • Understanding of core finance principles relevant to corporate products.
  • Comfort working with financial information and structured processes.
  • Ability to collaborate within our client’s team to support product goals.
  • Focus on accuracy, compliance and operational quality in daily tasks.
