We have a FANTASTIC contract opportunity available to join our client’s friendly and fast-paced HR team for a period of 9-12 months.
As a HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR function, providing expert HR advice and support to drive business objectives. The role involves leading on key HR initiatives, employee relations, talent development, and change management.
Applicants must have a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach with proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations is essential along with experience in managing HR projects and organisational change. You will be a confident communicator able to liaise with different stakeholders on a technical level.
