Company Secretary (In House Legal Counsel) Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for corporate governance across the business as well as implementing policies to ensure statutory and regulatory responsibilities are met. This role also has a legal element to it, and will be responsible for providing a high quality legal service to support the businesses commercial objective and leading the legal and secretariat teams.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer 5-6 years PQE as well as being a qualified Chartered Secretary. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead your team as well as being able to influence across varying levels of seniority.
