Overview
A dynamic and highly experienced fund administration business is seeking to appoint a Company Secretary. In this role you will be responsible for providing company secretarial services to a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide company secretarial services to a portfolio of clients.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance codes and principles of best company secretarial practice.
- Manage Guernsey Registry filings and liaise with other jurisdictions\’ registered agents regarding registry findings.
- Ensure client policies and procedures are adhered to.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 5 years\’ experience working as a Company Secretary.
- Knowledge of the local regulatory framework.
- ICSA qualified (or similar).
- Organised self-starter with the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure and to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy and problem-solving abilities.
