The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 Β£ per year.
Our client is a global financial services provider with a significant presence in the Channel Islands. On their behalf we are looking for an experienced company secretary to join their function in Guernsey.
The role will involve organizing and attending board meetings and liaising with the board on all regulatory company issues and requirements.
Applicants should be from a financial services background. Have excellent management and operational skills and be able to operate to a high standard of corporate governance.
A professional qualification such as ICSA/CGI diploma will be expected with demonstrable experience in a leadership position.
Knowledge and competency in Guernsey Company Law, The Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017 and any other related laws, regulations and industry best practice will also be expected.
Due to the global aspects of the company, occasional travel to other jurisdictions will be required from time to time.
