The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Our client is seeking a capable administrator on a part time basis to provide general support and CoSec duties within their busy Audit, Tax & Assurance division.
General duties will include:
- Assisting with client onboarding/CDD and any client queries
- Chasing debtors
- Assisting with travel and event booking
- Managing paperwork
- Drafting meeting notices and agendas
- Taking minutes at board meetings
You will also provide ad-hoc support to ensure that all daily administration matters are handled, and that client service is efficient and timely.
Candidates should have previous administration experience within financial services, along with minute taking experience. You will need a very hands-on approach, as it is a varied role in which you will be responsible for providing support and assistance on a range of matters. Strong IT skills are a must, as is the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
