Overview
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Client Relationship Manager to administer a number of corporate services structures whilst effectively managing key client relationships. The post holder will be first point of contact for various administration matters for a number of corporate entities including Trusts, Companies and Limited Partnerships. The Client Relationship Manager will be required to coordinate all company secretarial matters, will coordinate legal, tax and other professional advice where appropriate and work closely with the compliance function to ensure the compliance monitoring is adhered to and all CDD/AML documentation is complete. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years fund/corporate administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (i.e., ACA / ACCA / ICSA/CGI Diploma level or equivalent). Some people management experience is required along with a sound knowledge of financial services.
