The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Due to growth, we have a number of exciting accounting opportunities to join our client’s expanding Global Accounting team within Governance Services from part-qualified accountants through to Assistant Manager. Joining a fast-paced and dynamic team that delivers accounting services across a varied client portfolio (~80% real estate), these opportunities provide strong learning exposure working with multiple jurisdictions, technical accounts and direct client interaction.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Preparing/reviewing financial statements under UK GAAP, IFRS, and FRS 102
- Supporting audits and liaising with auditors
- Producing periodic reports, capital account statements and NAVs
Ideal applicants will have a relevant academic background; ideally part-qualified ACCA/ACA (or qualified by experience). You must have a solid grasp of UK GAAP/IFRS and be confident with accounting systems such as Viewpoint and QuickBooks, with Yardi being a bonus.
