Chief Finance Officer at Andium Homes Limited

This is a rare and exciting Executive Director opportunity to lead all aspects of the Finance, Governance, Digital, Data, Change, Risk, and Internal Control functions of a highly-regarded organisation. The role will have a significant impact on the delivery and management of affordable housing in Jersey.

The post holder will:

1. Design and oversee the company\’s financing and reporting strategy.
2. Manage all aspects of Treasury, including procurement and management of up to £500m of borrowing.
3. Oversee financial planning, control, and all necessary Board reporting.

You will be supported by the Head of Finance, Chief Digital and Change Officer, and their teams, including the Company Secretary.
