Part-Time Community Carer West side of Jersey
We are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Part-Time Carer to join our community care team.
Requirements:
- RQF Level 2 in Health and Social Care and RQF 3 in medication administration
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and committed to providing person-centred care
- Weekends included (two in every four)
- Hours 7 to 2 pm
