Care Assistant at Les Houmets Care Home

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our professional team in providing care to our residents.

Qualifications: A Level 2 Care Qualification and/or experience would be advantageous. However, a training and development plan will be available for candidates who demonstrate willingness and ability to achieve a Level 2 qualification.

Skills and qualities: A good standard of English is essential for effective and safe communication with residents and colleagues. A compassionate and caring nature is also essential to ensure a safe and caring environment.
