We’re looking for a brewery operator to join our team at the Liberation Brewery! The Liberation Brewery has been supplying the Channel Islands with its award-winning beers for nearly 150 years.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping out with every stage of the brewing process including handling the raw materials, preparation, control, processing, and filtering.
- Recording the brewing process to ensure the safe transfer of beer, all according to standard operating procedures.
- Packaging beer into casks, kegs, tankers and take-home packs.
- Assisting with cleaning of all brewing plant and equipment.
- Completing quality checks and maintaining accurate written brewing records.
- Participating in activities like beer tasting sessions and promotional events.
- Getting stuck in and helping out wherever it’s needed.
