Oversee the management and maintenance of properties, working closely with owners and contractors. You will conduct inspections to assess maintenance needs, health and safety compliance, and the overall condition of the properties. Handle owner inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the property portfolio.

Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or a similar role and a good understanding of property law and health and safety regulations.
