Great new role available within a busy finance team for an individual to take responsibility for supporting the business with the creation and distribution of invoices. The successful applicant will be responsible for bills from initial creation through to distribution, and will assist with complex billing requirements, amendments, reversals, and write-offs. You will work with fee earners and your wider team to review balances, and will be a subject matter expert on the company’s practice management system. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in projects to improve processes and billing functionality.

Candidates will need previous experience in a billing role, proficiency in MS Office, and ideally knowledge of Aderant. You will need a diligent and organised approach, with the ability to work effectively and with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, combined with a team ethos and excellent client service attitude.
