Applicants must be 18+ years old. You already know MandS for amazing food and uncompromising quality, but we need to keep on surprising our customers with all the ways we can support them in store – could this be you? You’ll have a positive attitude, always working towards making welcome recommendations and improving sales. There are lots of ways you can discover your potential at MandS. You just must put your all into every moment, for every customer.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure that all products are baked to specification;
  • Ensure that quality bakery products reach our customers in the best possible condition;
  • Make sure that stock is displayed for purchase and that customers know what products and services are on offer;
  • Cover tills and shop floor as and when required.
