Previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly workshop control or technical background is required. Responsible for ensuring all work to vehicles within our environment is carried out appropriately and in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assigning work to vehicle technicians.
- Liaising with both the service and parts department.
Organisational, strong IT skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role, along with great interpersonal skills. Problem solving and decision making are essential.
Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues across different departments, face-to-face, via email and over the telephone. Motivated and able to motivate others. Leadership and the ability to delegate, together with the ability to work under pressure.
