Our client, an award‑winning, independent trust company, is seeking an experienced HR generalist at the Assistant Manager or Manager level. This is a broad generalist role in a team with oversight of several jurisdictions, covering the full employee lifecycle: employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, payroll and operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role, ideally within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of both Jersey and UK employment law.
- Good understanding of HR best practice.
- Experience handling employee relations matters.
