Our client, an award‑winning, independent trust company, is seeking an experienced HR generalist at the Assistant Manager or Manager level. This is a broad generalist role in a team with oversight of several jurisdictions, covering the full employee lifecycle: employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, payroll and operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of both Jersey and UK employment law.
  • Good understanding of HR best practice.
  • Experience handling employee relations matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach.
  • Strong commitment to a dynamic and supportive organisation.
