Our client is seeking an Administrator for Client Services within the Real Estate sector. This role involves providing comprehensive administration support for a varied and high-quality portfolio of clients in corporate and fiduciary services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that client relationships and transactions are conducted to a high standard. Job Duties
- Provide ongoing administration support for a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
- Manage client expectations effectively while nurturing valuable relationships.
- Assist in the timely and accurate processing of work and the effective administration of workload.
- Prioritise tasks to meet transaction, statutory, and internal procedural deadlines.
- Oversee work in progress (WIP) and contribute to debt collection.
- Participate in the client acceptance process.
Job Requirements
- Proven corporate administration experience.
- Currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team.
- A desire to succeed within the financial services sector.
- A positive and flexible approach to tasks.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritise own tasks, time, and people to meet deadlines.
