Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join their Client Services team. This role involves providing a wide range of administrative support to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery for corporate and fiduciary clients. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities will include delivering ongoing administrative support to the team for the management of various clients, maintaining effective communication to manage expectations and nurture relationships, and assisting with workload administration to ensure timely and accurate processing of tasks. Furthermore, participation in the client acceptance process is vital, ensuring compliance and suitability. This role will also involve performing additional ad‐hoc duties as assigned by senior team members.

Job Duties

Deliver ongoing administrative support to the team for managing a diverse range of corporate and fiduciary clients.

Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and relationships are nurtured.

Assist with the administration of the workload, including timely and accurate processing of tasks, prioritising effectively, and meeting transaction and procedural deadlines.

Participate in the client acceptance process, ensuring compliance and suitability.

Perform additional ad‐hoc duties as assigned by senior team members.

Job Requirements

Experience in corporate administration is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

A desire to study toward a relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP or CGI) is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships.
