The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Our international banking client is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support their Senior Management Team.

You will work closely with the Senior Management support team to provide high-quality administrative support to the team in the Channel Islands and across other departments in the Bank.

Your responsibilities will include diary planning and meeting preparation to travel bookings and processing expenses, organising travel and visits for employees and guests helping coordinate smooth schedules, booking meeting rooms, and organise catering as needed, providing administration support across different departments – helping with meeting notes, reports, and document preparation, supporting the Executive Assistant with varied tasks, helping coordinate off-site meetings, board dinners, and team presentations.

You will need to be organised, reliable, and take pride in getting the details right, be a great communicator, comfortable working with people at all levels, proactive and happy to take the initiative, and be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
