Proactive and organised Administration Assistant required to join our client’s busy Property Department. Candidates must have strong previous admin experience, and will be supporting a busy team in providing an excellent level of client service by supporting the management of property files and all associated matters.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with calls and emails
- Opening/closing files
- Onboarding clients
- Producing letters and documents
- Preparing quote details
- Updating systems and maintaining documents
- Meeting clients
- Managing meetings
- Any other ad hoc duties to assist the team
Proven skills in administration are essential, ideally from a similar environment, and applicants will need strong skills in communication and IT, the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset.
