We are looking for an Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact between our Relationship Managers, the Bank, and a designated portfolio of clients, delivering the highest standard of client service.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating client instructions.
- Managing the end‑to‑end process of deposits and payments, foreign exchange, securities transactions and corporate actions.
- Delivering a highly personalised service through proactive client engagement.
- Preparing account opening documentation.
- Resolving issues in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and onboarding team.
- Ensuring client accounts are maintained to meet group minimum standards.
- Supporting the Relationship Manager in monitoring transactional activity and addressing remediation requirements.
- Assisting in client periodic reviews.
