Quality Co-Ordinator Worcestershire Permanent The purpose of the role is to ensure that the highest quality standards are achieved across the site. Quality Co-Ordinator shall manage all quality related activities on site, from preventive actions to reactive quality assurance using techniques such as Fishbone diagram, 5 Whys etc. Quality coordinator shall work on compliance against the Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards and customer standards. The quality coordinator is required to understand the manufacturing processes, from raw material to finished product and challenge the process and highlight potential improvements. Duties 1. Assist in third party audits and customer visit 2. Complete traceability exercise, from raw material to finished product and vica-versa. 3. Administration of Standard Operating Procedures and forms, the coordination of the review and update SOP`s using Microsoft Office Programs, administration tasks, control over quality related documentation. 4. Ability to complete Rapid Problem Solving and Root cause analyses 5. Perform internal audits based on the schedule. 6. Manage sharp control on site, control factory cleaning schedules. 7. Control the non-conformity database, raise complaints, contact suppliers. Laise any packaging issues with supplier, investigate the cause. Collect information. 8. Assist, take part in HARA meetings. 9. Conduct packaging approval, maintain samples. 10. Promote continuous Improvement of the quality management system. Person: We are looking for someone with some relevant experience in Quality, maybe looking for the next step in their career. Ideally already based locally to Redditch. Own Car Required due to location
