Our client is a multinational consumer goods corporation, specializing in a wide range of personal care and hygiene products, organized into several segments including Beauty, Grooming, Health Care, Fabric & Home Care, and Baby and Feminine care.
We are looking for a locally based candidate to Cobalt Park in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, although you will be working from the office 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), and working from home on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Exact details will be confirmed at interview. You need to be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer. This is a temporary position until 30/06/2027.
Specific Skills and Responsibilities:
- Predominantly working in our Customer Service Operations department.
- A member of a multi-skilled team with a high degree of initiative and problem solving.
- A strong collaborator who works effectively and enthusiastically both internally and externally (verbal and written communication).
- A high degree of attention to detail and personal accuracy to ensure work is completed correctly the first time.
- Sound and general knowledge of working within systems and processes, e.g. Basic SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Office, excellent Excel and analytical skills.
