Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lichfield - WS13 8RR
Salary: Β£15.47 per hour, 37 hours a week, over 5 days Monday - Friday (once trained you may only be required on site 2-3 days a week)
Temporary role until 31st March 2027 (could be extended)
Candidates with experience, interest or qualifications in the environment will be at an advantage.
Responsibilities
- General administration
- Data entry
- Responding to emails and other forms of communication
- Data input and some data analysis
- System input
- Contacting key stakeholders
- Process improvement
- Support with presentations
Essential Skills
- General administration skills
- Data input and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent IT skills
Desirable Skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to evaluate feedback and ensure continuous improvement in processes
Education and Experience
A good standard of education is required; relevant educational qualifications in business management would be an advantage.
A car or other mode of transport is an advantage, as there will be the occasional need to go to other sites (monthly).
