Location: Lichfield - WS13 8RR

Salary: £15.47 per hour

37 hours a week, over 5 days Monday - Friday (once trained you may only be required on site 2-3 days a week)

Temporary role until 31st March 2027 (could be extended)

Role: to carry out a wide range of specified routine and non-routine tasks to support in providing a high quality, efficient service within a Customer Service Hub working in a team who work with permits for work on/near a river – environmental permits. This includes data entry, responding to emails and other forms of communication. This requires excellent communication skills and a good standard of written and spoken English.

Education:

A good standard of education is required; relevant educational qualifications in business management would be an advantage.

A car or other mode of transport is an advantage, as there will be the occasional need to go to other sites (monthly).
