CSA is required to work as part of a dynamic team in a busy office serving the whole of the European, Middle Eastern and African Market for our clients Photovoltaic and Advanced Materials. This is a very varied role as we hold our customer base as the most valuable asset of our organisation. Effective customer care accelerates our growth and customer service reps connect everyone in the company to the customer, which makes this role very important.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling customers requests, processing customer quotations and order entry into SAP;
- Working with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in order entry, data handling and customer communication;
- Building and maintaining customer relationships;
- Completing administrative tasks including e-filing and running reports;
- Triaging customer inquiries; routing complex issues (trade compliance, credit/AR, technical documentation) to appropriate partners;
- Maintaining records and following documented procedures.

Key requirements:
- Native speakers or graduates with professional qualifications in German. In addition will need to be fluent in spoken and written English. Additional languages would prove advantageous, e.g., Italian, French or Spanish;
- Previous experience in customer facing role, IT (database handling, elements of statistical analysis, metrics running, etc.) or technical areas.
Working hours: 9am to 5pm with half-hour lunch break.
Hybrid working: 3 days per week office site (Tues/Wed/Thurs). Flexibility to work up to 2 days from home (Mon/Fri).
