Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse estate portfolio, including a large Private Finance Initiative (PFI) site, a Grade II listed building, Victorian and Edwardian schools, and a 1970s building.
• Manage in a complex multi-site environment and drive operational excellence across the Estates and Facilities team.

Qualifications / Skills

• Experience in strategic estate planning, health and safety leadership, and senior portfolio management.
• Strong leadership; ability to work across a multi-site organisation and collaborate with stakeholders.
