Our Client, established 1992, is a highly influential and successful supplier of specialist technology to the construction, rail, nuclear, automotive, pharma and manufacturing sectors. The company has been decorated with multiple industry and export awards, including (twice) listed in the Sunday Times FastTrack 100 Businesses of the Year.
The Role: Due to the firm’s continuing expansion a Sales Manager is now required to join the sales team to cover London and SE England, reporting to the Regional Sales Director. The position is based from home with office attendance required (Herts) one day per week. There is also an office in central London which the job-holder can use as a base, if required.
This is a new business remit, to make appointments (from leads and introductions provided, in addition to working with existing loyal customers) and to make on-site visits across the region. A company car is provided. A valid UK driving licence is required.
The Ideal Candidate will be an accomplished and driven business development professional with at least 18 months’ prior successful field experience selling into the construction industry - on-site - ideally (but not necessarily) supplying equipment hire solutions.
