Jobs-in-Marketing is the recently resurrected brand of northwest England's most accomplished marketing recruitment partner, established 1999, with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors. We cover roles at all levels - from Exec'/Coordinator to Marketing Director - in all disciplines of the marketing profession including digital, brand, category, PR & communications, commercial research, bids/tenders and strategy. After a short hiatus the company relaunches in autumn 2026 with a unique and exciting market proposition. We now have vacancies for two junior (Trainee) Project Executives to manage client assignments. Key Responsibilities: * Manage client projects/instructions, following a proven procedures guide and liaising with clients and candidates in a positive, proactive and professional manner. * Operate and update the company’s CRM system. * Identify, contact and interview candidates. * Upload latest vacancies on to the company’s website, partner job-sites and social media platforms, generating the relevant content (job descriptions) etc. * Contribute to regular team meetings and assignment reviews etc. * Represent the firm at corporate entertaining events, industry exhibitions and candidate open days etc. The Ideal Candidate will be a bright and purposeful individual with a relevant marketing-based degree and/or CIM qualification (or similar). Applicants with a degree in other subjects such as economics, social studies or English will also be considered on merit if they can demonstrate a keen interest in professional marketing. To be considered you must be well-organised, process driven, professional and client-facing, with a cool temperament and able to multitask under pressure. We require a Project Exec' who is energetic and self-starting, possessing excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal. This is a substantial career opportunity for the right candidate. The vacancy carries a competitive salary and uncapped quarterly bonus based on company and personal performance, but it is not 'sales commission' because there is no sales or cold calling. Full in-job training and mentoring is provided. The position is office-based in Manchester city centre, easily accessible via Metrolink and all public transport.
