Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms including CV databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Conduct screening calls, telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Arrange interviews and maintain regular contact with candidates, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and manage candidate talent pools for current and future vacancies.

  • Able to build rapport quickly and gain the confidence of candidates and clients.
