Our deep industry knowledge and extensive networks enable us to offer strategic recruitment services that align with the goals and challenges of businesses across the maritime world.
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms including CV databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Conduct screening calls, telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and manage candidate talent pools for current and future vacancies.
- Support pre-employment checks and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure an efficient and professional recruitment experience.
Proven experience in maritime recruitment, crewing, or seafarer placement is required. Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner are essential.
