You will play a vital role in delivering tailored recruitment solutions, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring our clients' hiring needs are met swiftly and effectively.
Our deep industry knowledge and extensive networks enable us to offer strategic recruitment services that align with the goals and challenges of businesses across the maritime world.
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms including CV databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Conduct screening calls, telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and manage candidate talent pools for current and future vacancies.
