We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent to join this professional, extremely proactive Edinburgh team — someone who wants to take genuine ownership of their clients, their pipeline and their results. From valuation to completion, you’ll be the single point of contact. You’ll know what’s happening, what needs to happen next, and who needs to be spoken to. No hand-holding. No passing clients from one person to another. Just ownership.
The role
- Delivering thorough, honest and commercially sound valuations
- Managing the entire client journey from instruction through to completion
- Negotiating confidently — real negotiation skill matters here
- Building business through relationships, referrals and genuine market knowledge
- Managing solicitors, timelines, admin and the inevitable moving parts of a transaction
- Presenting properties to the highest standard through professional marketing and photography
- Embracing CRM, portals and property technology as tools to make you better at what you do
You
- You’ll have at least 2 years' valuation experience, be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple transactions without constant oversight.
- You’ll be a strong negotiator, commercially minded, tech-confident and able to think on your feet.
- But just as importantly, you’ll want to build a practice — not simply shift stock.
- You’ll understand that property is a people business. Trust matters. Authenticity matters. Doing what you say you’ll do matters.
