As a Valuer, you are responsible for generating business, winning instructions, managing viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding client experience. You will guide clients from the first appointment through to offer acceptance, acting as a trusted advisor throughout all stages of the sales journey. This role is performance‑driven, client‑facing, and heavily focused on conversion, negotiation, and relationship building.
The Role
