Job Overview: Our Client is keen to secure a new Property Coordinator to join their growing team. Ideally you will have approx. 2 years’ experience within the Private Rented Sector or have some clear understanding of Residential Letting/Property Management together with a genuine eagerness to learn and move forward. The successful applicant will be self‑motivated, take pride in all aspects of their work where they can grow with the team/business – if you are looking for a company where you can have a career not just a job this could be the move you have been looking for.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure routine inspections are carried out at all properties within the portfolio, in conjunction with company set time schedule.
- Attend and document inventories & move‑out inspections, as and when required.
- Travel to all cities within the service locations as and when required.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, in line with company standards, to all customers, including investors, landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Liaise with applicable councils to schedule required inspections to help protect HMO licence conditions.
- As dictated in busy periods, assist the team in conducting viewings with prospective tenants for new property lets.
- Prompt and efficient communication to all customers at all times, whilst ensuring all system requirements are up to date and accurate.
