We are looking for a bright spark, someone with a passion for Customer Service and positive energy. This is an extremely varied post – a key role for the business. If you have a background in high-end retail, hospitality, front of house and are super organised, this could be the role you’ve been searching for.

- Full clean driver’s licence

Responsibilities
- Front of house: answer incoming calls and redirect, welcome guests, handle keys, mail distribution, key cutting, organise inventory and office stock, tidy and keep presentable, general admin tasks.
- Office management: liaise with contractors, support all team members, diary management, budget receipt and invoice management, tech asset management and support, meter readings, key auditing and chasing returns.
- Team support: report to Director & MD, minute taking, social media planning and launch, external event organising and set up, initial responses to enquiries (sales and lettings), maintenance liaison with tenants and clients, maintenance logging and organisation for lettings maintenance team.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Full clean driver’s licence
- Organised, proactive, able to work independently and in multiple teams
- Canva or other editing tools desirable
- Social media experience in a business environment desirable
- Experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or front of house roles preferred
