We are looking for an experienced, switched on Residential Property Professional to join this lovely, family run Property Agency on a fixed term basis of 6 months. The role will focus on supporting day‑to‑day operations, including maintenance coordination, compliance administration, tenant applications, contractor management, key management, landlord and tenant communication, and refining systems and procedures.

Full clean driver’s licence required. Genuine interest and flair for IT, AI, etc. (SME experience desirable). A genuine “People Person” with a passion for all things property and customer service. The successful candidate must become operationally independent quickly. We are particularly interested in proactive, solutions‑focused individuals who can take ownership and work autonomously. The role may evolve with the business structure.

Key Experience Sought:

  • Residential property management experience, ideally within Scotland
  • Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
  • Coordinating maintenance and managing contractors
  • Handling tenant and landlord communication
  • Processing tenant applications and references
  • Managing tenancy administration and changeovers
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
